Welcome!

This blog is an easy portal to links having free lessons and downloads devoted to the teaching of the Common Core State Standards for 1st grade. Thanks to all bloggers and contributors for their generosity!

Readers:
If you go to a contributors link, please show your appreciation and leave a comment or rating on the contributors blog/link. They love comments and it's an easy way to convey your thanks for all the hard work they put into lessons! Use at your own discretion as those who add the links are not necessarily moderated for content. If you believe that mismatched content is added under a standard, please post a comment to the author of this blog for consideration. Please be kind in your comments. Remember that not only is this directory a free service but the links are to downloads that are also free.

  7. This is great! I don't think our district in Illinois is following these yet. Is there a way to find out?

  11. Now this is great opportunity to learn in a new and unique way. It’s really great that you have thought of this. I agree that we should let others know about it. It will really help others and make a difference, right? Anyway, just visited to see what’s cooking. Have a nice day!
